Frequently Asked Questions

What is the tournament format?
We follow a single elimination format. Each match is best of 3 sets with a 10-point tiebreaker for the third set.
How do I determine my NTRP rating?
If you're unsure about your NTRP rating, you can self-rate based on the NTRP guidelines. Generally, a 2.5-3.5 rating means you have basic court coverage, can sustain a rally, and have developed consistent serves. Our staff can also help assess your level before the tournament.
What's included in the entry fee?
The $45 entry fee includes guaranteed matches, tournament t-shirt, water and light refreshments during matches, and access to tournament facilities. Players are responsible for their own tennis equipment and appropriate attire.
What happens in case of rain?
In case of rain, matches may be rescheduled. We will communicate any changes via email and our tournament website. Players are advised to check the weather forecast and be prepared for possible delays.
Can I get a refund if I need to withdraw?
Refunds are available up to 7 days before the tournament start date, minus a $10 processing fee. Within 7 days of the tournament, refunds are only given for medical emergencies with proper documentation.
